Key Responsibilities:
New Student Integration:
- Facilitate admission processes and ensure compliance for incoming students.
- Lead orientation sessions, collaborating with academic departments to address student needs.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of orientation initiatives.
Event Coordination:
- Direct the planning and execution of student council activities.
- Advise student leaders on collaborative events across disciplines.
- Work with Student Life to enhance participation in key events.
- Support ceremonial functions such as White Coat and Commencement.
- Guide student government in organizing annual celebrations.
Leadership Development:
- Provide mentorship to student leaders and facilitate leadership training.
- Maintain records to evaluate the impact of student programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues on budgetary matters related to student leadership.
Student Support Services:
- Offer counseling on personal and non-academic issues, connecting students with necessary resources.
- Coordinate annual engagement initiatives to foster community.
- Participate in faculty meetings to discuss student welfare.
Institutional Engagement:

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Higher Education, Student Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience in higher education.
