Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architecture Project Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be based in our office and will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals including landscape architects, planners, and engineers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning initiatives.
  • Lead projects focused on park, recreation, and trail design, as well as urban enhancements such as plazas and streetscapes.
  • Support land development and contribute to planning efforts across sectors.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architect or the ability to obtain it within a year.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing construction documents, including hardscape and planting details.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
