We are seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team at StayAPT Suites Waco. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring a secure and efficient environment. This includes managing cash handling, preparing and processing daily reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary Information

Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 per year (based on location and experience)

About the Role

">

In this role, you will oversee all financial transactions during the overnight shift, including cash handling, credit card processing, and data entry. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports for management review.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful">
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred">
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision">
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills">
