Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Bilingual Clinician to join our team. As a Master's-Level Clinician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient mental health services to individuals and families in a culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessments with clients to determine health status and assess for risk.
  • Develop and implement integrated treatment plans in partnership with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
  • Link clients to culturally and linguistically appropriate services in the community, including home visits and coordination with families as needed.
  • Participate in training and supervision on evidence-based practices and data collection protocols.
  • Develop discharge plans for aftercare, as needed, for clients upon meeting treatment goals.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Two years of experience working within an outpatient setting.
  • Full professional or native bilingual language fluency in Spanish or Portuguese with fluency in English.
  • Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services.
  • Competence in basic computer skills.
