Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a skilled Clinician to provide individual and group clinical services to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems in an outpatient community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site buprenorphine induction services and referrals
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field
- LICSW or LMHC or LADC1 or CADC licensure/certification preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred
- Minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience
- Competitive salary range: $66,000-$71,500 annually
