With an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package that takes into account your skills, experience, and education.

About the Job

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients within the float pool. This includes working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes in a safe and supportive environment. As a CNS, you will play a key role in advancing nursing practice and improving patient care through evidence-based research and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Promote best practices and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance overall quality of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies

Skillset:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Med/Surg experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
