Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in marketing new and renewal business, evaluating premiums, preparing proposals, and maintaining underwriting and marketing information.
  • Support advisors in cross-selling and account rounding, helping to expand and service personal accounts.
  • Handle phone calls from clients and companies regarding policy coverage, claims, or administrative needs, referring to advisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, and reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • Required state licensing certification.
Education and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A college degree is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance coverages, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems.
  • Familiarity with various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office products and agency management systems.
