Your Responsibilities:
- Take charge of patient care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians, including staff orientation and supervisory duties as needed
- Evaluate patient needs and implement suitable physical therapy interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team to uphold professional standards
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and progress towards goals, making recommendations to physicians as necessary
- Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for each patient, ensuring accurate quality improvement scoring
- Address patient pain to enhance their functional participation in rehabilitation, coordinating with physicians for necessary interventions
- Develop and update individualized care plans for physical therapy
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $43.00 to $56.00, with potential variations based on specific circumstances.
