Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
