Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including modalities and exercises, to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, preferably in a comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation program.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
