**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, equipment, and resources to achieve production goals.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team for efficient operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to meet customer deadlines and production targets.
  • Create operational schedules and coordinate maintenance activities with manufacturing processes to optimize production output.
  • Oversee a 24/7 plant operation, ensuring seamless production and minimal downtime.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in maintenance and production support.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Proven record of effectively training employees in productivity and safety, with a strong emphasis on employee development.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Ability to mentor and coach employees individually and in groups, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
