Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM and financial planning tools.
  • Work closely with senior team members to collect and analyze client data for use in developing and presenting financial plans.
  • Prepare high-quality slides for client proposals and annual review meetings.
  • Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Assist in client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Support advisors in managing current and prospective client relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, including written correspondence.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others.
  • Passion for helping clients and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative, and problem-solve.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with eMoney and/or Redtail a plus.
