Job Title: Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial planning and analysis teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • CPA or CFA certification a plus
