Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech Therapist to join our team in the post-acute/SNF setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing treatment plans to optimize patient function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) accredited program.
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language-Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
  • Proficient in clinical documentation using Net Health/Optima or similar software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
