Your Responsibilities:
  • Screen & evaluate patients; working to develop initial and ongoing treatment plan of care.
  • Work with patients to optimize function while being willing to learn new ideas & approaches to care.
  • Thorough documentation; timeliness and accuracy is key.
  • Educate patients & staff.
  • Collaborate as an integral part of the care team.
  • Understand how we partner with facilities, nursing, and other staff for the benefit of the patients.

The Requirements:
  • Must maintain a valid state license; Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of Speech Therapy.
  • Proficient in clinical documentation using Net Health/Optima or similar software.
  • All healthcare workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption/submit to regular testing per the CDPH order.

Education:
  • Graduate of a Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) accredited school of Speech Therapy

Your Certificates/Licenses:
  •  Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language-Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ASHA) certification.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist CA state license.

Alternatively, will accept for CFY position
