About the Role

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will be a critical business partner to the SG&A functional teams. This role is based in San Francisco and will work closely with the Finance team in SF, SG&A teams in SF and Racine, WI, and the centralized accounting team in Racine, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute functional budgets, track monthly financial performance and variances to budget, identify risks and opportunities to forecasts.
  • Administer audit/tax requests and ensure accurate monthly results reporting.
  • Provide financial modeling to support internal decision making around forecasts.
  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries for general accruals in the SG&A functional areas, along with managing year-end accruals.
  • Record and reconcile bonus and relocation expenses related to LSB North American entities.
  • Handle intercompany transactions from booking to billing across entities and regions.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting on close responsibilities and respond to enquiries from Corporate Accounting.
  • Develop financial analysis and modeling for special projects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years working in Accounting or Finance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
  • SAP or ERP system experience a plus.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Focus on identifying and implementing process improvement.
