Job Overview

The Detroit Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Burn Unit Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with burn injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
Salary and Benefits
