You will conduct coaching sessions and classroom training with a holistic approach tailored to each stage of the learning process. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, blending in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate Loan Advisors on company protocols, sales techniques, compliance standards, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee Loan Advisors during their training production phase, utilizing call scripts and best practices to help them achieve performance targets.
- Facilitate call reviews and coaching discussions.
- Evaluate production metrics, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide updates on Loan Advisors' progress to sales leadership as they transition to active sales roles.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of all Call Center offerings and underwriting criteria.
- Assist in creating training resources for coaching and classroom sessions.
- Report directly to the Sales Development Manager and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill the company’s mission.
- Support the implementation of Call Center initiatives and training experiments.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
