Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Cosmetic Nurse Injectors and clients in a fast-paced medical spa environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized treatment room environment
  • Coordinate client scheduling and ensure seamless communication with Cosmetic Nurse Injectors
  • Conduct and organize client Before and After photography
  • Manage social media and client messaging for Cosmetic Nurse Injectors
  • Prepare and scribe client charting with supervision as needed
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms
  • Prepare products and equipment for Cosmetic Nurse Injectors
  • Draw up products accurately under supervision
  • Perform B12 shots and blood drawing for PRP as needed
  • Verify client consent forms and paperwork
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients
  • Request prescription refills from Corporate NP
  • Execute client prep prior to treatment
  • Escort clients to treatment rooms
  • Assist with maintaining medical equipment
  • Participate in educational opportunities and training
  • Explain products and instructions to clients
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Backup front desk duties
Requirements
  • Nursing school student or Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy certifications required
  • Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems required
  • Strong Social Media acumen preferred
  • Previous experience with Product/Inventory Management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and sound judgment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
