Job Overview

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a skilled Service Turn Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks to maintain and repair structures.
  • Conduct make-ready units for new move-ins and perform preventative maintenance activities.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including installation and replacement.
  • Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance requests and perform grounds work, including pool maintenance.
  • Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
  • HVAC Certification (CFC certification) & CPO.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history and drug screen.
