Role Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will execute maintenance tasks and repairs, including but not limited to: wallpapering, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, plastering, pool maintenance, and machinery servicing. Engage in a cross-training initiative to enhance your skills and broaden your knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all facility systems.

2. Participate actively in the preventive maintenance program.

3. Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and replacement parts, while receiving task assignments from management.

4. Utilize your experience and judgment to effectively plan and achieve objectives.

5. Adapt to flexible working hours, shifts, or days as required by operational needs.

6. Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and Tribal regulations.

7. Maintain a safe working environment by following company and OSHA safety protocols.

8. Perform additional duties as assigned, within the scope of non-gaming functions and subject to licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of walking, bending, and lifting items weighing up to seventy-five pounds. Ability to work outdoors in high-temperature conditions is essential.
