Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experiences.
  • Part-Time, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers as they enter our store.

Your role will involve engaging with customers about their projects and offering assistance. You will guide them to the appropriate products or connect them with the right sales specialist. As you gain knowledge about your department and Lowe's offerings, you will be equipped to share valuable insights with customers.


Example Scenario:

If a customer is searching for a lamp, you might ask if they need a shade or light bulbs. It's that straightforward Lowe's provides opportunities for individuals who prefer an active role rather than being confined to a desk.

Instead of answering phones, you could be in the store or garden center, interacting with customers, tending to plants, and restocking merchandise.

Depending on your department, some lifting (such as building materials, paint, or mulch) may be required, with or without assistance.

Your Role at Lowe's:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist customers in locating products and providing recommendations
Help load customer purchases
Restock merchandise as needed

Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted, or over 25 lbs. with assistance.
Minimum of 6 months experience using common retail technology, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.

Compensation:
