Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Guide, you will play a crucial role in creating and leading a model classroom that embodies the principles of authentic Montessori education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles and promotes independence and self-directed learning in children aged 3-6.
  • Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement professional development programs that enhance teaching skills and promote best practices in Montessori education.
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the school's Montessori program to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Requirements:
  • A Montessori Diploma or Certificate, or a willingness to pursue certification.
