Qualifications & Skills- No previous experience in the field is required.
- Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear verbal expression.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary for client transportation.
- Capability to administer medication in accordance with established policies.
- Punctuality is essential for attendance at work and related activities.
- Must successfully pass a background check with the Department of Human Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the program.
- Manage medication distribution effectively.
- Facilitate resident visitations.
- Address behavioral management situations with residents.
- Conduct required audits.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
- Transport clients to appointments and meetings as necessary.
Available Shifts
- Weekend Swing shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Swing shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required.
