Your Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Performance Specialist to join our dynamic Performance Media team. This role will be pivotal in executing our Always On strategy and optimizing paid social campaigns aimed at driving subscriptions for our direct-to-consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all paid social acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.
  • Act as the primary liaison with our performance marketing agency to plan and enhance social media campaigns, focusing on CPA, LTV, and ROAS objectives.
  • Collaborate closely on the creative process, ensuring timely delivery of assets through effective stakeholder management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to formulate test hypotheses, develop A/B testing plans, and ensure precise measurement of campaign performance.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data, providing insightful updates on pacing, volume, and optimizations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies by maintaining strong relationships with social media account representatives.
  • Optimize channel and investment mix based on advanced modeling recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying and optimizing paid campaigns on social platforms.
  • Experience in in-platform buying, preferably within an agency or in-house team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in optimizing media campaigns to meet CPA and volume targets.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and incrementality is a plus.
  • Experience in the entertainment, advertising, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.

Work Environment: This position is designated as hybrid, with a requirement to contribute from the office a minimum of three days per week.
