Onto Innovation is a leader in process control, combining global scale with an expanded portfolio of leading-edge technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, including assessing current and future requirements, identifying potential suppliers, and negotiating long-term contracts.
- Manage schedule and task details using project management tools, ensuring all key suppliers have executed Supply Master Agreements and are completing monthly scorecards.
- Engage key business stakeholders and lead internal Onto Commodity Council with key stakeholders for assigned responsibilities.
- Drive strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supply, risk mitigation, and flexibility, quality improvement, and improvements in lead time and cost.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies using market analysis, user requirements, and company objectives for assigned commodities.
- BA in business or other quantitative field, or comparable experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of operational experience with at least 5 years being in a successful Supply Chain management role.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems, and understands the roles of Master Scheduling, Material Planning, and Procurement.
- Able to establish relationships and trust within the organization and the supply base.
