ARS-Rescue Rooter is a prominent player in the home services industry, offering a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to step into the role of Plumbing Service Manager. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the scheduling and management of technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality plumbing services, repairs, and installations for both commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign tasks to service personnel, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Inspire and develop technicians to maximize productivity and enhance their skills.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to field staff.
- Conduct daily reviews of technician documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Manage the dispatch process to match technicians with customer requirements effectively.
- Engage with customers to foster loyalty and address any issues.
- Assist in data collection and reporting for management purposes.
- Perform site assessments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet organizational goals
- Familiarity with industry standards and plumbing practices
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of economic and market factors affecting the business
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with a focus on day-to-day execution
