  • Support guest chefs during instructional classes.

  • Effectively address large groups during classes.
  • Assist with class and recipe evaluations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in culinary settings such as restaurants or catering is advantageous.
  • Culinary education or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A deep knowledge of food and culinary trends is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in food preparation is mandatory.

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds regularly over distances of up to 500 feet.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat throughout the shift.
  • Possess manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools.
  • Ability to navigate around moving machinery and work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Regular exposure to cooler environments and occasional exposure to extreme cold.
  • Ability to work in high-heat conditions from cooking equipment.
  • Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
  • Noise levels are typically moderate, with rare exposure to high noise levels.
