Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to provide accurate repair estimates.
  • Communicate repair estimates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate estimate and repair appointments.
  • Dispatch work to body shop technicians and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of estimates and supplements.
  • Inspect vehicles with customers to verify repair work and address any additional damage or concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a body shop environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
