Job Description:
This role involves providing exceptional support to our executive team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations, optimized workflows, and proactive support for company initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating property listings, guest communications, and maintenance schedules. Additionally, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and communicate with executives, guests, and vendors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Project Management
- Track and manage project deadlines and deliverables using project management tools.
- Oversee document management by organizing digital files in a secure and systematic manner.
- Travel Arrangements
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, expense tracking, and real-time travel support.
