Job Title: Senior Mobile Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test (unit and integration), and deploy high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
  • Participate in agile software development practices, including peer/code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Independently solve complex technical challenges, debug issues, and provide innovative solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver robust mobile solutions that meet business needs.
  • Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Support all phases of the product development cycle, including design, development, debugging, documentation, and validation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external devices such as USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies and apply them to improve our mobile solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of mobile development experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Android/Java and/or iOS/Objective-C.
  • At least 2 years of experience with agile software development practices, including peer/code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to deliver results on ambiguous technical challenges with incomplete data, demonstrating a high level of initiative and ownership.
  • In-depth experience in designing, developing, testing (unit and integration), and deploying mobile solutions for Android and/or iOS.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within and across teams.
  • Ability to connect technology solutions with measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payment processing and/or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Experience with external device integration (e.g., USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet).
  • Familiarity with Git, Rally, and Jira.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is between $115,000- $120,000 annually. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid vacation time, paid holidays, and Ascendion Learning Management System.
