We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Carlisle Residential Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform maintenance and repairs of assigned properties, including grounds, pool, HVAC, and appliances, interior and exterior of buildings and outbuildings, and apartment turns.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of amenities, including the Leasing Office/Visitor Center and property shop.
  • Assist with scheduling, managing, and monitoring the work of contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
