We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient and their family.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
