Medical Surgical Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit team at Sierra Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and respect.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
