This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing construction documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), Change Orders (CCDs), and Submittals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project logs, ensuring that contract documentation such as plans and specifications are up to date, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the timely procurement and delivery of materials to the job site in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • Generate reports, plans, and specifications for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, engineering practices, and client requirements.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by consistently meeting expectations and providing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with labor superintendents, project foremen, and office personnel on various projects.
  • Deliver consistent feedback and updates to Project Managers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Project Managers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management preferred).
  • Experience in Electrical Contracting and Project Coordination/Management.
  • Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings (Mechanical & Electrical).
  • Familiarity with drafting software such as AutoCAD MEP 3D, Revit, and/or Navisworks is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Estimating experience, particularly with McCormick, is a plus.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary range of $60,000.00 to $100,000.00, depending on experience.
  • Potential for additional bonuses based on various performance metrics.
