This role will assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and customer service, with experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Provide work direction, training, and assistance to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and track sales data.
- Authorize gas station pump payments and monitor customers to assist in loss prevention.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing in retail, convenience, or fast food stores.
- Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
