  • Read food orders or receive verbal instructions from guests and prepare food accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Follow recipes and product directions to prepare soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs.
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment, including mixers, washers, peelers, cutters, and trimmers.
  • Attend all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training and comply with all Ocean Casino Resort HACCP policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Culinary apprenticeship or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen helpful.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • ServSafe certified.
