- Manage clinic flow, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of duties.
- Prepare charts for visits, file patient information, and assist with medical records duties.
- Retrieve and distribute test results, updating patient charts accordingly.
- Contact patients to schedule appointments and provide reminders.
- Perform equipment sterilization and cleaning, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or NRCMA) is required.
- Basic typing skills and proficiency in computer software systems.
- Basic Life Support/CPR training or certification.
