Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Global Procurement organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our Clinical Category Management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business supply needs and specifications.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive value and minimize risk.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Represent Global Procurement in organizational decisions and drive improvements aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Manage category activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma/BioPharma.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively with cross-functional teams through effective sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of global supply market evaluation processes and risk assessment tools.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing contracting tools, ERP's, and eRFx systems.

Salary Range: $129,000 - $211,800 annually.
