Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Procurement to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our global Clinical Core and Digital Health Technology Category strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage negotiations, supplier management activities, and collaborator engagement activities to drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and efficiency savings.
  • Represent Global Procurement in organizational decisions with critical short and long-term impact on the success, efficiency, growth, and results of our Clinical Core and Digital Health Technology categories.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to ensure compliance with GxPs and other applicable regulations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in consultation with the Law department aligned with Regeneron's priorities and business requirements.
  • Manage a team of professional-level employees responsible for performing category management tasks, providing coaching and guidance on job performance and career development, and leading by example for the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Progressive experience in procurement within the Pharma/BioPharma industry.
  • Experience successfully managing category processes, and suppliers across a breadth of categories, including Clinical Core (IRT, eCOA) and Digital Health Technology or related categories.
  • Knowledge regarding rates, unit costs, and costing structures.
  • Experience with external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement.
  • Ability to use standard business applications for communicating, presenting, and analyzing.
