Job Title: Assistant Health Care Director

As an Assistant Health Care Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical services team, including resident medication management, health assessments, and supervising the nursing staff. Requirements:

  • Current nursing license (RN or LPN) and CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
  • Prefers previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of the nursing department, including recruiting, training, and scheduling
  • Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
  • Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as needed
  • Assisting with the move-in and move-out process, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
  • Providing direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or to fill an open shift
