Senior Business Control Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Control Analyst to join our team at City National Bank. As a Senior Business Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk assessments and control frameworks to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management and compliance best practices.
- Conduct regular risk and control self-assessments to ensure the effectiveness of our risk management framework.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and control documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
- A competitive salary range of $92,114 - $156,880 per year.
