Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Archeological Project Coordinator to lead our cultural resource projects in Southern California.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in local archaeological projects, a Master's degree in Archaeology/Historic Preservation or a related field, and expertise in CEQA/NEPA, Section 106, AB 52, and SB 18 consultations.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead archaeological surveys, excavations, and develop and implement treatment and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate project tasks (archaeology, architectural history, and/or paleontology) to meet cost and schedule objectives.
  • Oversee project tasks and coordinate with clients, regulators, team members, and other stakeholders.
