As an Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's, you will play a key role in overseeing in-store operations and ensuring seamless execution of our systems and procedures. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and maintain a positive store environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and paperwork audits
- Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and welcoming store environment
- Assist with hiring and training new employees, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
- Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance available
- One week of paid time off during the first year of employment, two weeks thereafter
- Free meal every shift over 6 hours
