Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and paperwork audits
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and welcoming store environment
  • Assist with hiring and training new employees, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
