Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our store operations, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and fostering a positive customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution of our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote new products and initiatives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years of experience in retail leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
