Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage paperwork associated with sales, auctions, and appraisals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple pay types, including receiving and counting money, distributing funds, and preparing deposits.
- Process paperwork affiliated with the state DMV, including submitting necessary documents and obtaining titles and registrations.
- Mentor new Business Office Associates and train other store departments on business office processes and procedures.
- Perform clerical duties, including copying, filing, and data entry, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 15-20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
