Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Development Manager to join our team at SCIEX. As a key member of our Americas Commercial Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that support the growth of our service, software, and professional services businesses in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative, measurable, multi-channel marketing communication strategies to drive demand, lead generation, and increased market visibility.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize the portfolio, innovate along the dimensions of customer experience, service delivery, and value creation.
  • Prepare regular data reports and updates on key performance indicators, competitor strategies, and market trends for commercial leadership.
  • Use traditional and emerging digital marketing communication platforms to drive customer engagement and new customer recruitment.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant scientific or business field or equivalent work experience in relevant markets.
  • 5+ years of experience working in one or more relevant markets in a sales, service, marketing, product management, technical, or scientific role.
  • Demonstrable experience translating strategic direction into commercial action within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel within the US, Canada, and Latin America approximately 40% of the time.
