Compensation includes a base salary of $93,140. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

In this role, leadership is paramount. You will ensure the workshop operates efficiently and safely while serving as a technical expert and mentor for your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing and guiding supervisors, teams, and individual contributors.
- Implementing systems to manage quality work in alignment with factory standards, company policies, and customer expectations.
- Overseeing customer satisfaction by directing technicians and shop staff in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services.
- Creating schedules and planning staff rotations to optimize maintenance and repair workflows.
- Assessing incoming vehicles for service requirements.
- Maintaining supply and support systems, including technical resources and workshop materials.
- Conducting periodic evaluations of completed work for thoroughness and quality assurance.
- Mentoring and developing technicians to foster team growth.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
You are an effective communicator who inspires and motivates others. With a keen eye for detail, you empower your team to deliver exceptional work consistently. A passion for automotive technology is essential. You should also possess the following qualifications:
Minimum:
- BA/BS degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in reconditioning, lot operations, body shop, automotive service, or repair, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective management and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license required; safe driving record essential.
- Ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light hand tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with federal/state regulations regarding OSHA, EPA, and MSDS.
Drug Testing
