About the Role:
Golf and Grounds Account Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Golf and Grounds Account Executive to join our team in West Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships and driving business development efforts in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will identify and grow current business sales, maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, and build strong collaborative relationships with account stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for each account to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the turf and irrigation industry
• Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
