Lead Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at American Veterinary Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front office duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining hospital records
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients, responding to phone calls and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and billing details
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and patient care
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
